Speedball Akua Kolor Retarder Medium is a transparent, colourless liquid designed to extend the drying time of Akua Liquid Pigment Inks.
Only a few drops are required to ensure enough time to transfer the colours to dry paper without any problems. In addition, the drying time is extended so that you have even more time to work out the colours.
