Schmincke Refined Walnut Oil 012 is a pure, light-coloured oil extracted and purified from shelled walnuts. It is suitable as a binder additive for rubbing non-white oil colours and for oil auxiliaries.
The amount of oil required depends greatly on the type and quantity of pigment to be rubbed. This oil is slower drying and less yellowing than linseed oil.
