Schmincke College® Matt-Gel 010 is a transparent pastose heavy body gel for acrylic painting. It increases transparency and gives the paints a pasty consistency and matt surface.

It can be mixed and overpainted with acrylic paints and is ideal for structural work and collages.

Particularly interesting transparent effects with a matt surface can be achieved by mixing Schmincke College® Matt-Gel 010 with glazing colours. It is also suitable for collages or for embedding effect materials such as sand, glitter, thread etc.
