Schmincke Aqua Lift Off Medium is used to pre-treat and insulate watercolour paper before painting. The goal is to be able to later remove already dried watercolour layers.

To use Schmincke Aqua Lift Off Medium: apply undiluted on handmade paper and papers with little size, but dilute with water on thicker papers. Preliminary tests are recommended. Once dry Schmincke Aqua Lift Off Medium is not water soluble so it must not be allowed to get into watercolours. Tools should be cleaned quickly after use. Schmincke Aqua Lift Off Medium is sold in 60ml bottles.
