This Schmincke Acrylic Thickener 557 has a strong pasty consistency and should be used sparingly. It gives Schmincke acrylic colours and acrylic auxiliaries a pasty, buttery consistency.

Using too much Schmincke Acrylic Thickener 557 can lead to incompatibilities during the mixing process. The thickener is available in tubes or tubs.
