modern options METALLIC Basecoats work in conjunction with blue or green patinas to create delightful antique colour effects. They are ideal for all surfaces that can be painted, including wood, metal, plaster and ceramics.
To use modern options METALLIC Basecoats: carefully clean the surface to be painted to remove dirt, grease etc. then apply Primo Primer & Clear Sealant (item code 29064) or the Primo Primer for Rustable Metals (item code 29063). Apply a layer of the modern options METALLIC Basecoat of your choice and let it dry for one hour. Then a second layer can be applied. While the second layer is still slightly damp, the green or blue patina can be added.
These modern options METALLIC Basecoats are available in 118 ml and 472 ml bottles in Blonde Bronze™, Blackened Bronze™, Gilded Gold™ and Copper Topper™.
Suitable for indoors and outdoors. Do not dilute, shake well before use. Clean brushes well with water.
