These Liquitex® PROFESSIONAL SUSTAIN™ Recycled Canvases are made from 100% recycled plastic PET bottles. You can work on them with oil and acrylic paint.
For the development of this canvas, Liquitex® collaborated with Waste2Wear, pioneers in innovative plastic recycling solutions, who use blockchain technology to provide 100% traceable and sustainable textiles. Waste2Wear makes the fabric from 100% recycled plastic PET bottles and Liquitex® has it primed and stretched.
Liquitex® PROFESSIONAL SUSTAIN™ Recycled Canvas is a professional canvas that has been extensively tested by artists and in the Liquitex® lab. This way you can significantly reduce your impact on the environment, while having complete confidence that you are working on an artist's quality canvas. The canvases are just as flexible as ordinary cotton canvas and slightly heavier in weight. The artists who tested it for Liquitex® didn't notice any major differences—many of them even liked the weight of the recycled canvas better!

- the packaging is made of 100% recycled material and is 100% recyclable
