These Jacques HERBIN Glass Pens are an interesting alternative to dip pens for calligraphy, writing and drawing. Each pen comes in a beautiful gift box and is a special gift.
The first glass pens were mouth-blown in Venice in the 16th century. In keeping with that tradition, every Jacques HERBIN Glass Pen is still made by hand. This gives each glass pen its unique look — no two glass pens are the same!
The fine glass tip is twisted in a light spiral. The small grooves in this spiral hold the maximum amount of ink — enough to write several lines of text, for example, without having to re-dip your pen in ink.
