How to order online

Placing orders on our website is quick and easy! Just follow these steps.

Step 1: Adding products to your basket
- Quick Shop

There are two ways you can do this depending on your preference. The first is to use the 'Quick Shop' tool on the basket page. This allows you to enter the product codes for the products you wish to order and add them straight to your basket in one click. To add multiple references, separate them with a comma followed by a space.

Step 2: Adding products to your basket - through the product page

Choose your size, format etc. and click on the red "Add to Basket" button.

For products available in range of colours such as paints, first choose a colour from the chart below and click on it, you will then see the different sizes available so you can add them to your basket.

If a product shows a green square it is available to order. A red square means that we are awaiting stock and the product can't be ordered at the moment. If you wish, you may set up a stock alert and we'll notify you by email when the product is available to order.

Once the products have been added you can view your basket by clicking on "Your basket" at the top right hand of your screen and then on "View basket":

Step 3: Go to your Basket

On the "Basket" page you can insert any promotional codes or gift vouchers you may have, adjust the quantities for each product, and remove or add products.

Once you're ready to place your order click "Continue to the next step".

Step 4: Do you have an account?

If you are already logged in you will be taken straight to the "Billing and Delivery Address" page. If not you will be asked to log in.

If you already have a customer account, simply log in by entering your e-mail address and password into the appropriate boxes on the left hand side of the screen. Otherwise, click the red button "Create a customer account" to create a new account. You also have the option to check out as a guest.

If you had a customer account on our previous website, you may use your previously registered details to log in. If you have forgotten your password simply click "Forgotten your password?" and we will send you an email that will allow you to reset it and enter a new one.

Step 5: Billing and Delivery Address

Once you are logged in you may choose your billing address and, if required, enter a different address for delivery.

You can also enter a message for the courier if you need to.

When you're ready, click on the red button at the bottom right "Continue to the next step".

Step 6: Payment

Choose a payment method and then click on the red button on the bottom right "Continue to the next step".

On the next page you can check and edit your order details, or leave us a message before confirming your order. If you are ready to complete payment please check the box to accept our "Terms and conditions" before clicking on the red "Submit order" button on the bottom right .

Once the payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and your order will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days depending on size.
