This thick, warm white GOLDEN® GEL MEDIUMS Molding Paste is ideal for building up surfaces, creating base layers for painting, creating textures on smooth surfaces or smoothing structured surfaces. When applied thinly, the paste is semi-translucent.
Its absorbent properties make it very versatile, it is excellent as a ground for drawing media and colour washes. Once dry, it forms a hard, stiff yet flexible film with a texture reminiscent of fine sandpaper. By mixing with Golden Fluid acrylic or Heavy Body acrylic paints, a dense colour can be created that enables textured effects.
GOLDEN® GEL MEDIUMS Molding Paste is suitable for dry and wet techniques. It is available in various pot sizes.
