da Vinci MAESTRO Flat brushes series 7108 have medium length bristles with extra long 100 cm handles. The bristles sit deep in the ferrule with an "implanted end" so the brushes can be used very heavily without losing the shape of the tip.

The medium-length bristles made of fine natural hair have high strength, robustness and pliability as well as good paint absorption and an even stroke. These brushes are ideal for opaque oil and acrylic paints as well as for pastose paint application. Real professional brushes which, with good care, will last for many years.

TIP: The long-handled special brush is advantageous for painting at the easel. The longer style enables the artist to paint the picture from some distance. Flat brushes are ideal for flat applications of paint, straight edges and angular surfaces.
