The paper in these Clairefontaine School Notebooks is 90gsm, snow white with a satin finish. These books are available in French ruled or squared in various formats, the cover colour however will be selected for you at random from blue, grey blue, green, black, orange or red.
French ruled, or Seyes, is a grid system made of 8mm x 8mm squares (about 5⁄16 of an inch), with thinner horizontal lines spaced 2mm apart (about 5⁄64 of an inch ). There is room at the top and bottom of the pages for notes or teacher’s comments and a margin on the left marked with a vertical red line.
