Ceradel Plus Modelling Clay, 1kg, natural white
This Ceradel Plus Modelling Clay is a natural white, air-drying natural clay that does not need to be fired. During drying, the mass shrinks slightly due to the loss of water. The dried mass can be painted with most colours and crayons.
Tips for using Ceradel Plus Modelling Clay:
After opening the package or interrupting work, wrap the clay in foil.
After completion, dry the article in air at room temperature. Hardness and maximum durability are achieved after drying at room temperature after 2 to 5 days. After this time, the object can be further cured by additional drying in the oven at temperatures between 100 and 110° C for about 1-2 hours (depending on size).
When applying the modelling clay to solid materials (such as plastic and glass) that cannot absorb moisture, they should be wrapped with paper towels or similar absorbent materials to prevent cracking during drying.
For bulky and thicker workpieces over 2cm thick, we recommend filling the inside with paper, cardboard or similar absorbent materials. This also prevents cracking during drying.
