All Awagami papers have very typical features that offer the painter, printer or calligrapher numerous possibilities. This Awagami Kitakata Japanese Paper is a cream coloured 36gsm paper handmade from 90% gampi and 10% wood pulp. Sheets measure 43 x 52cm and have 4 deckle edges. They are double-sided, having one smooth side and one fine grained. Awagami Kitakata Japanese Paper is pH neutral.
